Hacking a website using a simple search term !!

This is really cool hacking trick that many of the hackers use. We investigated and found the 'trick'. It is as follows-
1.) Go to google and type 'adminlogin.asp'.
2.) Goto any of the link.
3.) Type the username as admin
4.) Type the password as 'or''='
