CERTAIN STEPS ! First of all
OPEN Utorrent !!! Then goto- Options-Preferences-Advanced. A LIST will appear. Search for net.max_halfopen. Normally it is set to 8* set to 80 or 800 something like that. view your speed it tends to increase. Then RIGHT click on your file which is being downloaded. Set Bandwidth Allocation to
High. Then again right click and goto Max. Download Rate.It will be unlimited. Set it to 1000kbps. The upload rate is generally 80% of total Download Rate. So you get Approx 800 kbps rate which is nice. Few Additional Information- 1.)Always download files which have a lot of seeds and less leeches. Make sure to read the comments section of the page. It helps a lot. 2.) Download from trusted sources only. For ex- Pirate Bay, Mininova or Isohunt. 3.) Seed after download. Increases future rate. * The utorrent program generally runs a Speed Test in the beginning. So it might be more than 8. Note- Make sure your port number is greater 4000.
