Reduce Flab without dieting! Anyone?

There are many people who wish to reduce extra kilos but the smell of tasty food seem to distract them from their goals. My friend Jason is overweight and everyday at the table he thinks that he will not overeat but fails in it everytime.

It will prevent the person from overeating and gaining weight.
