This is a very easy trick. When you make an account on XP(or same), you are given the status of an administrator and others who join after you have an option to choose ADMINISTRATOR OR LIMITED ACCOUNT. Very easy! Login in to your account and goto Start-Control Panel-User accounts & click on the name of the other person's account. Click DELETE PASSWORD. It will be deleted. Now again click on create a password and create and done. Now you have gained access to the person's account. Easy!
Now you would ask me:-
Q1)Why have we deleted the password?
A1)Because if we change the password then it would ask for current password. So we have delete it.
